What is EFT Tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is a combination of Eastern medicine and Western psychology. We normally tap on acupuncture/energy points on our face, collarbone and underarm while we focus on the emotion we are feeling and talk or think about the issue that may be causing it. The tapping stimulates these energy points and helps us to restore a sense of peace when we are under stress, feel anxious or have other negative emotions.
